Simplifying your claims experience

To make benefit management easy and convenient, you have access to RBC online Insurance and the My Benefits App where you can securely:

    • Submit health and dental claims digitally
    • View claim history and status in real time
    • Manage your profile information (e.g. banking information, address, etc.)
    • Access your electronic ID benefit card

Using these digital platforms is the quickest way to get reimbursed and keep track of your claims all in one place. We encourage you to submit claims digitally quick and seamless experience. 

Need to submit a paper forms?

We created a new General Claims form that you can use to submit the following: 

    • Chronic Care/ Alternative Level of Care Claim
    • Custom Foot Orthotics
    • In-Home Support Services of an RN RNA/ Private Duty Nursing
    • Medical Devices
    • Related Health Professional Services 
    • Vision Care Services 
    • Dental Claim Form 
    • General Claim Submission
    • Hearing Aid
    • Hospitalization
    • Health Spending Account
    • Wellness Spending Account

Should you need to submit a paper form, use the new General Claims form which can also be found on the Claims & Services page on our website. Please note, we will continue to accept claim submissions using the older individual forms, however we encourage you to use the new form.
