🌞🏖️ Half Day Fridays are Here! 🏖️🌞
We’re excited to kick off Half-Day Fridays for the summer! Starting this Friday, July 4th, our offices will close to the public a little earlier to offer our team members who have chosen to take half-day Fridays a chance to enjoy more sunshine, fresh air, and well-deserved rest.
Summer Fridays Policy
The Summer Friday Policy will be in effect from the first Friday after June 30th and effective until the last Friday before Labour Day. The office will be closed to the public from 12:45 PM on Fridays. During this time, the doors will be locked to clients and the phones will be on night service
All employees are eligible to participate in the Summer Friday’s program. This initiative offers flexibility by allowing employees to either:
• Work a full day if they choose,
• Or work a half day (from 8:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.)
Also note the change within the policy lunch break is not included in the 8:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. time block—this is expected to be actual working time.
