💚 A call to be kind 💚
Here at CSS, we know that mental health is just as important as physical health — and it affects every one of us.
This month is a chance to pause and reflect on how we care for our own well-being, support our colleagues, and create a work environment where it’s safe to be human — where stress, burnout, anxiety, or just “not feeling okay” aren’t things we hide.
Let’s take this time to:
💬 Have honest conversations about how we’re really doing
☕ Take breaks — and encourage each other to do the same
💚 Practice compassion and patience, especially on tough days
📚 Share mental health resources and support one another
🧠 Normalize asking for help — because it’s a sign of strength
We all carry different things, even when it’s not visible. Mental Health Awareness Month is a reminder that we’re not alone — and we don’t have to navigate things in silence.
Let’s be kind to ourselves and to each other, this month and every month.
