CSS New Client Referral Bonus Policy
Effective January 1st, 2026
We would like to let everyone know that the New Client Referral Bonus Policy has been updated. These changes were made to provide greater clarity around eligibility, payout amounts, and the submission process, while continuing to recognize and reward Team Members who help bring new clients to Crawford, Smith & Swallow through proactive business development.
The revised policy outlines how referrals are defined, the steps required for approval, and how bonuses will be processed once the engagement is confirmed.
